
Dr. Sarantos Psycharis
Dr. Sarantos Psycharis was born in Canada. He received his BSc in Physics (1983) and MSc in New Technologies of Information and Communication (2002) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and his Doctorate in High Energy Physics – Computational Physics from the University of Glasgow (2002).
Psycharis is a highly experienced and devoted Professor who has made a significant contribution to numerous educational institutions all over Europe. He has published a plethora of papers in prestigious journals and has established various European-wide improved academic practices for Undergraduates and Postgraduates alike.
Psycharis was the Coordinator of the European Network of Teacher Education Policies (ENTEP) on behalf of the Greek Government, and he also presided the Network and Evaluator for European Commission for two years. He served as the Rector and Chancellor of the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education of Greece (ASPETE).
Psycharis currently teaches at ASPETE and is actively involved in privately and publicly funded specialized projects on STEAM.
